Rather than being tied to one clinic or one city, the platform exists as an online doctor consultation service, so that expert care is available to any family, in any part of the country, without the barriers that usually come with finding the right specialist.
Our mission is simple. Build a healthcare platform for India that puts families first. Every paediatric specialist on the platform is selected for clinical expertise, an evidence-based approach, and the ability to explain things clearly, because trusted paediatric care depends as much on communication as it does on qualifications.
Technology, in our view, should never replace the doctor-patient relationship. It should remove the obstacles that get in its way. Vansi founded NeoKidsPro to solve a problem she saw parents facing again and again. Too much friction between a worried parent and the right doctor. She leads the platform's vision and direction, focused on making trusted paediatric care genuinely easy to access across India, and on building the systems, big and small, that make that access reliable rather than occasional.
Dr. Parmar is a UK-qualified paediatrician and neonatologist with over 15 years of clinical experience and 10,000+ completed online consultations. As CMO, he sets the clinical standard every paediatric specialist on the platform is held to, and ensures that quality of care never varies based on where a family happens to be logging in from. He also continues his independent clinical practice at Shri Hari Child Clinic in Mumbai.
