By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

1. About NeoKidsPro

NeoKidsPro is a paediatric healthcare platform operated by Shri Hari Child Clinic, Borivali East, Mumbai — 400066. We provide online appointment booking, teleconsultation services, vaccination information, child health content, and electronic medical record management for paediatric patients and their families.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using neokidspro.in, you confirm that:

You are a parent or legal guardian of the child patient, or an adult seeking services on behalf of a minor
You are at least 18 years of age
You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy, Data Protection Policy, Telemedicine Guidelines, and Refund & Cancellation Policy

3. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on neokidspro.in — including blog articles, FAQs, service descriptions, and health content — is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified medical professional regarding any medical condition.

NeoKidsPro and its associated doctors provide teleconsultations based on the information provided by the patient or guardian. The accuracy and completeness of that information is the responsibility of the user.

4. Services Offered

Online appointment booking for in-clinic and teleconsultation visits
Video teleconsultation via Google Meet with registered paediatricians
Digital prescriptions issued by registered medical practitioners
Vaccination scheduling and guidance
Child health blog and educational content
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) management for clinic staff and doctors

5. User Obligations

Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at all times
Not misuse the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes
Not record consultations without the doctor's explicit consent
Not share prescription documents for purposes other than the child's own medical treatment
Respect the time of our doctors — repeated no-shows may result in account suspension
Not attempt to access the EMR, admin, or doctor panels without authorisation

6. Intellectual Property

All content on neokidspro.in — including text, images, logos, design elements, blog articles, and software — is the intellectual property of NeoKidsPro / Shri Hari Child Clinic, unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

NeoKidsPro integrates with Cashfree Payments, Google Meet, and Meta WhatsApp Business API. Use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. NeoKidsPro is not responsible for the terms, policies, or conduct of third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
Clinical outcomes arising from information withheld or incorrectly provided by the user
Service interruptions due to technical failures, third-party provider downtime, or force majeure
Decisions made by users based on blog content or general health information on the website

Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the consultation fee paid for the specific appointment in question.

9. Platform Availability

We aim to keep neokidspro.in available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be taken offline for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

10. Termination

NeoKidsPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms, provides false information, or engages in abusive or fraudulent conduct. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
