Somewhere between those late-night phone calls and anxious clinic visits, a question kept surfacing. Why is expert pediatric care so hard to reach, even in cities full of specialists? That question is what eventually became NeoKidsPro.

Vansi founded NeoKidsPro after seeing, again and again, how much friction sits between parents and the right pediatric specialist. It wasn't a shortage of doctors or good intentions. The system itself just hadn't been designed around how parents actually experience healthcare, tired, worried, and often unsure who to trust.
That's the gap she set out to close. Her vision for NeoKidsPro is straightforward: make it faster to reach a trusted pediatrician, make it easier for care to travel across distance, and make continuity the default instead of the exception.
Day to day, Vansi focuses on the systems, partnerships, and standards that keep pediatric care consistently accessible across India, bringing together trusted specialists and thoughtful technology with a clear understanding of how much a parent worries when a child isn't well.

Dr. Vishal Parmar
Dr. Vishal Parmar is the clinical backbone of NeoKidsPro. A UK-qualified pediatrician and neonatologist with over 15 years of experience, he holds the MRCPCH from the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, UK, along with an MBBS, DCH, and a Fellowship in Neonatal Medicine.
Alongside his role at NeoKidsPro, he continues his independent practice as a consultant pediatrician and neonatologist at Shri Hari Child Clinic, Borivali East, Mumbai, treating everything from routine growth checkups to complex newborn concerns. He has completed over 10,000 online pediatric consultations and is a certified Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) trainer.
As Chief Medical Officer, he sets the clinical standards for every consultation on the platform, overseeing doctor onboarding, evidence-based care protocols, and continuity-of-care workflows. Whether a family speaks to a pediatrician online or visits a partner clinic, the quality of care stays consistent.

Juhainah leads the technology behind NeoKidsPro. She is the person who turned the founding vision, trusted pediatric care made reachable, into a working platform that parents and doctors actually use every day.
She's driven by solving real UX and UI problems and building digital products that feel simple, even when the systems behind them are complex. Her focus spans product thinking, accessibility, performance, and modern web technology, all in service of one idea: technology for parents and doctors should remove complexity, not add to it.
